Alcohol: 4oz wine or hard liquor / (1) 12oz beer
(1) 2oz square of high quality, high cocoa content dark chocolate
(1) small serving of a Paleo-style baked good
Each week you can earn up to 34 points
2 points/day = followed meal program
1 point/day = drank reccommended water
1 point/day = 8 hours sleep
1 point/day = workout*
*(Workouts may consisist of a crossfit class, 40 min run, 1 hour bike, 60 min walk.
Max points for the week are 6, allowing for rest day.)
Cheats outside of 3/week = cost 1 point per cheat
Every Friday night, points will be tallied per team and updated on the leader board.
Check in meeting will be May 15 to see how your doing and any help you need.
June 6th / 9am - 4pm
We will have our Murph workout and Synergy party later that day.
Prizes will be awarded for the Nutrition Challenge.
You can still participate even if you can't make the meeting.
Just let us know and we will get you hooked up with a team!
