CrossFit aims to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness that prepares your body for just about anything you might encounter, whether it’s safely lowering a heavy object from a high shelf, sprinting to safety or carving turns all day on the ski slope.  CrossFit is employed by Olympic athletes, military special forces, children, senior citizens, and everyone in between.  To accomplish this as safely and efficiently as possible, CrossFit activities are functional in nature, performed at a high intensity and seek to improve your fitness across 10 general physical skills:  cardiovascular/ respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
