TEENS CROSSFIT (12-17 YEARS OLD)
Taught by Carrie Jo, a certified Kids CrossFIt instructor, our teens program has one major goal in mind- PERFORMANCE. This program will teach your teenager how to be explosive and powerful in whatever athletic endeavor they choose to participate in. The workouts are constantly varied to ensure a well-rounded fitness combating overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports.
Monday and Wednesday • 4:30 PM-5:30 PM
KIDS CROSSFIT (8-11 YEARS OLD)
The kids class builds on the foundation of FUN and expands to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids 9-12 years of age. The goal of the CrossFit Kids program is to develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports (and life in general). There is a progressive increase in physical demands of the class but the primary focus of the Kids program is to make fitness fun.
