If you are visiting, please email us for open gym options at carriejo@synergyathleyte.com.

If you are reserving for Open Gym after the Open Gym class time has started, please reserve your spot via the COACHBOARD through WODIFY online or through your WODIFY APP. You can drop into Open Gym at any time during the Open Gym period.

5:30 am Classes
Available by reservation only.  If you reserve the class by 9pm the night before, we we'll make sure you are able to get your WOD on!
